Step 2 Confirm the design

After receiving your design idea, we will create a design and confirm it with you, with unlimited free revisions until we get your approval.

Step 3 Approve & Production Begins

Your approved artwork will be sent to our factory's custom medal line where we will begin the production! The production process usually takes 8-16 days (depending on the quantity and process)

Step 4 Order Shipped

Once your medal is finished and passed the quality inspection, we will share the sample photos with you and ship it out as soon as possible! We ship fast via DHL, Fedex, UPS because no one likes to wait, especially for custom medals.
